SUITABLE WINDOWS BY UPVC PROFILES IN AMERICAN STYLE.
Single Hung Window. A single hung window mainly consists of upper sash and low sash. In contrast to double hung window, upper sash on single hung window can not be moved, while lower sash open upward and downward freely. People take single hung window as a ideal choice when they touchthe top sash with difficulty but operate the lower sash more easily. In addition, it also get a advantage on price.
Double Hung Window. There is a similar apperance on double hung window and single hung window. The primary difference for them is merely structure of upper and lower sash. Both of sashes can be operated up and down and hold in position by a device named friction.
Picture Window (Fixed Window). Picture window is one of window that can create vision from outdoor scene. Typically we call it fixed window as well. With a larger size of glass, it allow more light to come into house.
Sliding Window (Glider). Compared with double hung window, sliding window has a different opening direction, right and left instead of up and down. With aluminium tracks built into upper frame, both sashes can be operated smoothly on it. It can leave and save more space for your other activitives in contrast to awing (casement) window.
Combination Window. When a window in big size was requested, combination window can provide more functions bebefiting from muitiple windows jointed in one. The flexible access to combinate various kinds of windows make it available both in aesthetic character and practicability.
CUTAWAY VIEW ON UPVC PROFILES
In contrast to the one in European style, uPVC profile in American style has a different design on structures of body where window sash is inserted into a sliding track inside frame instead of moving on a marginal track as European design. All parts including frame, sash, mullion, glazing bead and tracking are composed into different type of aforesaid windows.
