Product Description

1. The design of the profile is multi-cavity structure, which improves the thermal insulation and sound insulation of doors and Windows.
2. Equipped with EPDM sealing strip, better sealing.
3. It is equipped with an independent drainage cavity, a matching yarn fan profile and a unique top groove to make its sealing better.
4. The large size of the steel lining cavity, and the use of special steel lining with the shape of the inner cavity, improve the strength and stability of the window. The selection and installation of glass with different thickness are facilitated by the configuration of different size glass strips.
5. The section size design of the profile is more reasonable, which can meet the stress requirements of the window

Blending mixed power
The material is top quality blending of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and the stabilizer, lubricant,
processing improver, aging agent and colorant.

Cone screwed tube extrusion
The mixed power was compressed to shape by the cone screwed tune and the mould.

Finalizing the shape
The pariso is designed by the mould of designing in the vacuum cooling device.

Traction
Setting and regulating the speed of  traction according to the speed of extrusion.

Cutting
The product is cut according to the required length and the protective film is pasted.
