Advantages& Features	A. Wind pressure resistance With 1.2-3mm thickness steel reinforcement and its wind pressure could reach to GB7106of first level .
	B.Sound Insulation Design with multi-chamber structure and the elastic tape even could absorb slight vibration from the glass.The insulation of double glass window is about 30dB which far more than aluminum alloy window 19dB.
	C.Water tightness Plastic window has a separate drainage chamber. The generally rainwater permeability is II,III which higher than the alumimum windows 1-2 grades.
	D.Corrosion resistance uPVC could against light,heat,oxygen ,aging and could be used for long-term under -50~+70ºC environment.
	E.Fire resistance PVC has a flame retardant, from the self-extinguishing characteristics .Safe and reliable oxygen index is higher than 38.

Technological Process:
 

1.Blending mixed power
The material is top quality blending of plyvinyl chloride (PVC) and the stabilizer,lubricant,processing improver ,aging agent and colorant.

2.Cone screwed tube extrusion
The mixed power was compressed to shape by the cone screwed tune and the mould.

3.Finalizing the shape
The pariso is designed by the mould of designing in the vacuum cooling device.

4.Traction
Setting and regulating the speed of traction according to the speed of extrusion.

5.Cutting
The product is cut according to the required length and the protective film is pasted.

6.Inspecting
Each blade of our PVC profiles strictly inspected .Your satisfaction is our biggest wish.

7.Packing
PVC profile is packed by plastic bubble film.It is suitable for long-distance sea delivery.

8.Loading Container
