--What is ASA-PVC co-extruded color plastic profile technology?
ASA (English name: Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate copolymer),ASA resin is a ternary polymer composed of acrylonitrile, styrene and acrylic banana. It is an excellent engineering plastic with high weather resistance, high gloss, chemical resistance, high heat resistance and easy processing. The color plastic profiles produced by co-extruding ASA resin with pvc have extremely high weather resistance and rich and stable color.
ASA not only has a heat-resistant temperature of 20 °C higher than that of pvc, but also maintains 75% normal temperature impact resistance at -30 ° C; ASA co-extruded layer and PVC substrate have good compatibility, thickness of co-extruded layer .
